For groups of eight or more travelers, a $50 one-time group planning fee applies per group, payable in advance before planning begins. It is a single fee for the group, not per family.
I’ll provide a personalized proposal after learning about your needs. Please allow 24–48 business hours for a proposal; complex itineraries, group travel and special requests may require additional time. Pricing and availability can change until a reservation is confirmed and the required deposit is paid.
